Grailgun – Refund Policy
Individual Entrepreneur Milana Fedotova, registered under the laws of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter – “Administration”), establishes this Refund Policy for services provided through the website https://grailgun.ai (hereinafter – “Service”).
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions and procedures for refunds related to the services provided by https://grailgun.ai (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our services, the customer (“User”, “you”, “your”) agrees to the terms of this Policy.
1. Scope of the Policy
This Policy applies to all purchases of:
- subscription plans,
- digital services,
- electronically supplied software products provided through our platform.
The Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service and must be interpreted in conjunction with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), where relevant.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
2.1. Users who qualify as consumers under applicable law (including, but not limited to, consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and Serbia) and who enter into a distance contract (online purchase) are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase without stating any reason.
2.2. To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, the consumer must submit a clear and unambiguous written statement via email to: info@grailgun.ai.
2.3. Exception for Digital Content and Services
If the User has expressly requested and agreed that the provision of digital content or digital services shall commence prior to the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, and has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
2.4. The Company shall reimburse all payments received from the User within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receiving a valid withdrawal notification.
Refunds shall be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
3. Subscription Renewals
3.1. Fees paid for subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable.
3.2. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the User to a refund for the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Exclusions
Refunds shall not be issued under the following circumstances:
- the User has materially used the service prior to submitting a request,
- the User has downloaded, activated, or otherwise accessed digital content in a manner that constitutes consumption of the service,
- the request concerns renewal payments,
- the request is submitted after the voluntary refund period,
- the User breached the Terms of Service.
5. Refund Procedure
5.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@grailgun.ai and must include:
- full name,
- account email address,
- transaction details,
- purchase date,
- reason for the request (optional unless legally required).
5.2. Upon review, the Company will notify the User of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
6. Amendments to This Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
Revised versions become effective on the date of publication on the Company’s website.
Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
