Grailgun Chat — Terms of Use

Grailgun Chat (the “Chat”) lets you talk to AI-powered flows and agents built on the Grailgun platform at https://grailgun.ai. By signing in to or using the Chat you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Chat.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the platform Public Offer and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict on commercial or data-processing matters, the Offer and Privacy Policy prevail.

1. Who can use the Chat

You may use the Chat only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Chat you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Access to the Chat requires authentication through a supported provider (such as Google or Telegram). You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.

Do not share your account, and do not attempt to access conversations or flows that you are not authorized to use.

3. AI-generated responses

Replies in the Chat are produced automatically by AI models and the logic of the flow you are talking to. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

Responses are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on or acting on it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Chat to:

break any applicable law or the rights of others;
send spam, harassment, hateful, or otherwise abusive content;
submit credentials, payment details, or sensitive personal data of others without authorization;
attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass the security of the service;
generate content that is illegal or that you are not permitted to create or distribute.

5. Third-party flows

Many flows available in the Chat are created and operated by other users or organizations. Their behavior, prompts, and any data they request are controlled by their authors, not by Grailgun. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party flows or their output.

Share information with a flow only to the extent you are comfortable with it being processed by that flow’s owner.

6. Your messages and data

Messages you send are processed to generate responses and may be stored as part of your conversation history. Depending on the flow, its owner may be able to view conversations conducted with their flow.

How personal data is collected, processed, and retained is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and warranties

The Chat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Chat at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grailgun and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Chat or reliance on AI-generated output.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on the Service at the moment of use, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
