What is Grailgun.ai?

Grailgun.ai is a no-code automation platform that allows users to build chatbots for popular messengers and connect AI-driven workflows. The service provides tools for message processing, data routing, and workflow automation. We do not send marketing messages on behalf of users and do not scrape private data.

How does Grailgun.ai work?

Users create an account, choose a messenger channel, and configure workflows using an intuitive interface. The platform processes only the data the user provides and executes automated actions according to the user’s settings.

Which messengers and tools do you support?

We currently support Telegram (via official API). Additional channels will be added as integrations become available.

Do you collect or store customer data?

We store only the minimum required data to operate workflows: bot configuration, workflow logic, and messages provided by the user’s connected channels (when enabled by the user). We do not access private chats or user accounts beyond the permissions granted. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Do you send mass messages or direct marketing campaigns?

No. Grailgun.ai does not provide bulk messaging, unsolicited outreach, or any form of broadcast marketing. The platform is strictly a workflow automation tool.

Yes. We follow GDPR principles regarding data minimization, purpose limitation, and user control. Users can request deletion of their data at any time.

How does billing work?

Grailgun.ai operates on a subscription model. Users choose a monthly or annual plan, and billing is processed automatically until cancelled.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the account dashboard. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds may be available only in specific cases defined in our Refund Policy. Once a subscription billing cycle has started, completed periods are generally non-refundable.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New users receive a free trial to test the platform before committing to a paid plan.

Who owns the bots and workflows I create?

Users retain full ownership of their bots, workflows, and content created within the platform.

Do you provide customer support?

Yes. Support is available through email and in-dashboard help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods depending on the user’s region.

How do you protect payment information?

Payment data is processed exclusively by certified third-party payment providers. Grailgun.ai does not store or process payment card details.

Can businesses use Grailgun.ai?

Yes. We support both individual creators and business clients who require automation, AI integration, and messenger-based workflows.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Grailgun.ai is a no-code platform. You can create chatbots, connect AI, and build automated workflows using a visual editor without writing any code.

What does the free plan include?

The free plan is designed for initial testing. It includes:

Ability to create unlimited flows
Activation of 1 flow at a time
A limit of up to 50 subscribers for the connected bot
All other flows you create remain saved but inactive until you upgrade or switch which one is active.

What is an “active flow”?

An active flow is a workflow that is currently enabled and running. On Grailgun.ai you can create as many flows as you want. Each flow can be linked to a bot token. Once you activate a flow, it becomes live and starts processing messages according to your workflow logic.
